NBA 2k8 did this, no? Same guy but just mimicked all of the PA announcers. That would be cool, but I'd love for them to nail down all of the other little things before they get to this...(IE chalk lines fading, HR celebrations, ball boys).

Why dont they take the commentary from last year 08 real-life mlb games and add them to the new game. That way you got all the different annoucers for each team home games.

'08 was on Blu Ray, yes.

The disc can hold 50 GB of information, and '08 had an unprecedented 10 GB of audio, so they're no slouch in that department. 30 teams' commentators might be too much, but maybe not 30 discs' worth.

P.S. I'd like to hear Brian Anderson... he's the Brewers' play-by-play man, but he's also done one of the national games on FOX and now he's doing games on TBS for the NLDS. His voice is golden, especially when he gets excited... I don't have a clip of the Ryan Braun HR in the last game of the season, or the walk-off grand slam, but it's cool when he yells like that. I see him being a national commentator in the near future.
