Absolutely cannot wait for The Show 09. The Show 08 wasn't just the best baseball game I have ever played, it was the best SPORTS GAME I have ever played. If only EA could find that same magic with the Madden franchise....

Nothing's been confirmed so far as I can tell, but I can almost guarantee it will be there.

Co-sign. Especially the pitch speed slider. I suck at hitting and that ball comes in way too fast for me. The pitch slider didn't do enough and I eventually got pretty frustrated by it. Also, pitch control needs to be toned down. Even on All-Star, Classic method and zero pitch control you won't walk hardly anyone. Just juice up the sliders and I can take care of this stuff myself.

I was having issues hitting when I first got the game but I changed my batting view to "wide" and it puts the pitcher back a little further and makes it easier to read the pitch. Just a thought.

I tried that and it does help a little. I still suck.

The thing is, I can get enough hits. It's the hits that I get that I don't like. I don't want every HR to be to opposite field. I also walk about once every two or three games. Being able to lower pitch speed would help. I'd have to drop some hitting sliders to balance it back out but I just want to fine-tune the game the way I want. The sliders are too watered down right now to do that.

I'm just a little disappointed that new player models won't be soaking up all that Dynamic Lighting...
