That is great to hear! Because I am sure you know your team is setting itself up for massive ridicule if major bugs from 08 don't get fixed, or glaring errors get introduced in the next version.

This kind of stuff scares the bejesus out of gamers...because we know something has to take a hit in order to get the new "fluff" stuff in. We've seen it for years in other sports titles, so forgive us for being nervous.

You know what to do...hope you make it happen.

I hear ya!! Man, If I see that MLB09 has these mascots and nothing was improved in the presenatation area, (In game Sports Ticker, Weather, and time of day transitions) I think I will be most dissapointed. We'll see....I hope I'm wrong.

Has there ever been a sports game franchise that made only one improvement over the course of the entire year? Did you see the improvement from MLB 07 to MLB 08?

It's asinine to think that adding mascots in a warning flag that something is amiss with the franchise. They know what they're doing, and they hear what the community wants. So what if they take a small amount of time to make 3-D renders of MLB mascots? Every other sports game has done that without making that their marquee improvement.
