I am sure this has been posted before but I will say it again.


Sony you need to make the out fielders a little slower so we can get more extra base hits!

I hit so many balls down the left and right field lines and end up just getting a single because the fielder gets to the ball too fast!

If this was fixed it would really make MLB The Show way more fun to play!

MLB 09 The Show needs "Player collision detection" really bad!!!

I hate when players run through each other.

"Player collision detection" would be very welcome!

they really wanted it in this year (08) but when they tried to put it in it really seriously messed with something else with the game that they couldn't risk allowing to happen. what it was i cant remember but i do remember kolbe or chris saying this.. maybe they have it fine tuned this year... just have to wait and see...

Not sure if this has been said or not, haven't been on here in a couple weeks. I think it would be cool if they would give game breaks in the middle of your game. Like late in the season, when you are in the playoff hunt and something exciting happens in another contenders game, they would give you the option to break away from your game and show the highlight. Just an idea!!

Darker blues for Cleveland and Atlanta

Different batting helmets Home with the red bill and away all Dark blue for Cleveland.
Being able to apply black under eyes for players that wear eye black.
Glasses on players that wear them. Be able to change the colors for the wrist, arm, forearm bands. This would make this more realistic. On the main default roster released with the game, have the players pics and faces that have played this year. Have a better Free agency with players that have played the last three years instead of adding players that get added during the season. In the edit and create player add better hairstyles long hair, better dreads, etc.

The ability to hold ceremonies during the season. Say if you won the World Series one year and then you hold a ceremony to raise the banner. Or to honor a retired player.

Pink bats and gloves and arm bands on Mother's Day.

just a few things,

in the old show on the ps2, you could choose to have the grass cutt a ceratin way, that might be cool on ps3...

the create a stadium feature would be really awsome... i think it woudl be cool to be able to build a new one during your franchise...

uniform choices prior to games, rather than simply random like it is now...

winningn the world series, or even a playoff seires should feel more special than it does now...

the stadium fly ins could be a little better as well... maybe a little more like the 2k series where the show the fans walking in or somehting....

personally i would like to see players ratings be shown in numbers rather than bars... i dont know how other feel about this but, alot of times its hard to see who is rated better and it makes it tougher when editiing rosters...

batting stances need to be looking at... some of them are really spot on, while others, are way off...

same thing goes with pitching animations...

leave the batting how it is, or, give us the choice to change it to the right stick... the great thing about the show is it doesnt try to do too many "gimmick" things that would change how we've played the game for years now... so, if you want to add the right stick swinging like the other person said, just make sure you give us a choice, for those that dont want to use it...

please give us the ability to control more than 2 teams in franchise mode... i would love to be able to control all 30 teams, or at least 4 teams... my friends and i always play dynasty and franchise in madden/ncaa and we cant do that in the show because we can only be 2 teams...

8. options on players so you cant send players up and down without a penalty

9. weekly who's hot and not (ala asb 05)

10. home run derby as part of the all star weekend

11. batter stats at each park played in franchise (season/career)

12. pitcher stats at each park played in franchise (season/career0

13. daily and weekly league news on who is doing what or has done what. for example i could see if any players outside my team are on hit streaks etc etc.

14. rain delays that cause game start delays, in game delays, shortened games, cancelations and reschuduled games on days off or as part of day night double headers.

15. oakland has to have this... it is a must.. in August and September and even in october maybe.. (yeah right) have the field once in a while following an sunday game that the raiders would have had a home game still have the lines on teh field, and have the outfield (center field mainly) be all brown due to having to get out the extra seats or whatever goes out there during raider games.
