One thing I would like to see is the elimination of the player photos. Now hear me out, They would be replaced by the ultra-realistic renderings already found on the player (like NCAA 2k8). This way, the players could have their hats change when they move from team to team, and I wouldn't think it would take that much programming, although I.m no programmer.

It would be cool to have ability to change the players gear color. I would like to have the all white or all orange batting gloves. Also, more bat colors to choose from. Like the two tone color. The other thing would be have a bunch of sun glasses to choose from. I wish they would have better score boards. I will say one thing this is one realistic game. I love the way it plays and it is so fun playing it. Great job. It would be nice to add some more swing animations and get more playes in the dug out and have the CPU bull pen in real time.

If you want to train in RTTS, make it so that you actually work on that thing. If you want to improve hitting, make it so that you go to the cages. If you want to improve fielding, make it so that you have to do it pregame. Things like that.

This is one of the coolest ideas that is needed for mlb 09 bcuz im tired of the training points and the other abilities declining bcuz of the amount of points..This would be cool

Thank you for agreeing with me. And for to improve in pitching have a bullpen session. And have a limited number of pitches you throw for pitching, number of pitches thrown to you for hitting, and balls hit to you for fielding. And then they could think of ones for reaction, and speed, etc....

Stupid CPU trades.
IE: I was in the minor leagues in RTTS and Rick Ankiel was traded for Mark Grudzilanek*. That doesn't make sense for the Cardinals to do that.

^As posted above. Make us actually train for our attributes to go up.
I know this is a MLB the Show forum but if they had mini-games like MVP 05 had, I'd be thrilled.

Not every base hit is going to send the runner from first to third, or from second to home.
