The Flag Animation in MLB The Show 08 is really bad I think!

It is not smooth at all and has a bad frame rate.

I hope this is fixed in 09!

While your busy looking at the flags please also notice the tress dont move at all. LOL at this being a bug/glitch

I've had the exact opposite experience since MLB 06. In every instance when the fielder doesn't go into a fielding animation, there is never an error called.

He said "right through". Had it happen last night. Right through the fielder, came in to make play, ball went under him, animation didn't kick in, error charged.

I'm the Braves against Washington. One of my guys pops one up foul to the left of home plate. The catcher is underneath the ball ready to catch it but instead the ball drops in front of him and is ruled foul.

Yeah, I've seen balls go right through player-controlled fielders...never outfielders though. At least, not since 06 when it was a major problem for hard line drives to go right through outfielders for triples. Those weren't called as errors back then either.

I'm not saying you're lying or anything. I'm just saying that I've seen some balls go right through infielders this year and, unless they went into some sort of fielding animation, they have never been given an error.

I don't think it's that bad of a problem and I don't care if it stays this way for five more years. I think the CPU infielders need a lot more tweaking than player fielding.

Alright I am playing RTTS as a closing pitcher.
I am the Tennessee Smokies and I am Playing the Diamond Jaxx.

I close out the game we won 9 to 8. But for some reason during the cut scene my pitcher jumps on his knees and everyone jumps on him as if he won the world series.

The problem is, it is only mid June I am only 3 games up in the division ... So there is really no need for that is there lol. But the announcer said "they have won there division it is time for them to rest untill playoffs".

It was definitely weird

Unfortunately I've had this happen a couple times to me in the retail version. Guy hits a 2 run hr and the 2 runs are counted but he's now on first.
Doesn't happen on every hr, just once in a while.
