I am thinking along the same lines. If one of my players hits 3 walk-off homeruns during a season and does not get credit for let say 3 R.B.I.'s he should have and ends the season with 85 instead of 88 that WILL not effect me at all.

It's one thing to report a bug, talk about the rules and whether or not it is a bug. It's another to act as though it's unacceptable for a bug to exist in a software program. Clearly some people have no idea what goes on behind the scenes and that time pressures exist.

Ok true its not the end of the world

As long as Sony fixes it by next year I will be happy

I just hope Sony will read this forum about all the bugs we find and take notes.


P.S. Was the Stealing Home bug fixed?

ok a few points


1. Before you throw away the game. I have yet to see a single baseball game that didnt have some sort of stat bug.

2. I have not seen the glitch. My question is this....Do you see the batter cross home plate. If yes...its a minor glitch that needs to be fixed...if not then its not a glitch. (It is more of an error on the designers part to not have the guy actually round the bases). Hopefully we get a patch.

3. just remember recognizing a bug/glitch and fixing it are 2 different things. Maybe there were many minor bugs and the got rid of most...but had a hard time with this one? Who knows? Its not a game breaker...hell its more of a minor annoyance...one that i havent experienced....then again...if I was say A-Rod and I was stuck on HR # 72 it might really piss me off

I'll tell you that I'm a bit disappointed with this. Baseball is a game of stats. This bug happened to me as well. I won the game with phil Hughes and they gave phil Hughes and johan the win. I beat johan so when I saw this after the game. I was like WTF?? It was on exhibition but still it kind of bothered me. I hope this can be fixed threw a patch.

I would think "stat bugs" could be fixed easy with a patch.

Wow, that's a pretty major bug to me, how was that not found in testing?

Did it credit Wright with the 3 RBI's?
