**MLB 08: The Show (All versions) Bugs/Glitches Thread**

lol...now that the bickering has hopefully died down, I have a question about the stats bug. Is it an actual stat problem, or an overlay problem. I know this has been asked a few times, but I haven't seen an answer. I know someone in the game impressions thread (I think Pared, but not sure) said that the box score showed both pitchers winning and no save (even though he saved the game with Wagner). However, in the game summary the breakdown was correct. This would suggest there is hope that the problem is just an overlay error. Can anyone please check this in season/franchise and see if when it shows both pitchers winning in the boxscore how it translates into the actual stats (i.e. do both pitchers actually get the win, or does it calculate properly in season stats)? I'd really like to find a definitive answer on this as I play franchise mode primarily. Thanks!!!

You probably haven't seen an answer because it doesn't happen every time. I've never seen it so there must be certain conditions that must be met to reproduce this bug.

Yeh i think thats the answer we have all been waiting for on here cuz we could all get over the overlay if the actual stats stay the way they should in a season or franchise. Someone who has it please let us know or one of our boys from SCEA if your back from vacation let us know if ya know about it and if theres a patch coming?

Awesome if the win thing is ok in game summary and season stats. How about the walkoff homerun thing. Is that an overlay thing. Im guessing were losing those RBIs. If so hope they patch it but i guess i could deal with it for a year.

Can someone answer the question about the pitching glitch. There was 7,000 posts on this issue, now everyone that has seen it isn't posting anymore impressions about it. It's a simple question, is this a legit glitch or not, can someone that has the game just answer the question

Yeah, I'm the one needs to be reprimanded. You have a bunch people posting a supposed glitch issue and then they mysteriously vanish
