Fielder Reaction & Fielder Speed

What's the effect of the fielder's speed and reaction. Means a high setting that they react very quick and runs fast?
And what is the realstics setting in the style of the reality. Cause in the World Series a few balls missed at the outfield and in my game 95% of time the catches made...

If you have reaction speed maxed out, the fielder will react more quickly to the ball after it is hit. If you go into replay you can see how quick your fielders are reacting to the ball. I believe I raised reaction speed to the max to get more realistic results.

Fielder speed is how fast they run after the ball. I slowed this down by 2 or 3 clicks. You will see more extra-base hits with a slower fielder run speed.

Thank you, i asked because in my game the make a lot of monster graps at 3rd or the 2nd basemann and in reality this hard hit balls passes very often the basemann...
And the fielder run speed is i think very important if you see how long a ball is and the catch they made in reality and in my game last time manny runs me out and made the 2out 2on diving catch to end the game on a long ball just near the wall...
