OK, I've spent the last 30 minutes reading every post in this thread. I'm intrigued and will stick only with this slider set for my Reds franchise.

Here is my question to CHDaughter- human contact at 1?, comeback code on?, pitch confidence on?

Yes, contact at 1. No comeback on. Pitch confidence on.

If you're unsure, start with pitch speed at 3. As you start to get 'on it' move to 4.

CHD---

Are these available online thru the game in the slider vault?
I finished my franchise season #1 last week on All Star with some tweaks of my own, and although it was enjoyable, I'm ready for a challenge. Hits in my season were just plain crazy....for both teams.......regardless who I played.

I'm tempted to try these out for Season #2. I'm not planning to purchase MLB10, as money's tight.These look pretty good!

They are not. I'm sorry. (but it only takes about 5 min to knock em' out manually)

btw, thoughts on James Davis? I'm hurting at RB in my fantasy league, and my WR/RB position this week could use a boost.

Davis looked really good in preseason, but lately, with our bad O-line, I dunno if you should play him. The Browns are a mess, and even Davis can't help....lol....

Agreed. For now I'm stuck with a Maurice Jones-Drew, Ryan Grant, Reggie Bush, Fred Taylor combo. (yuck, I dropped Mcghaee prior to the start of the season...)

I'm not a fantasy player, but my boss is, and he said in his league, alot of people were trying to obtain Davis in the preseason. Now, though, not so much....lol....

Perhaps Braylon will have a good game, since Anderson has the stronger arm.......I dunno. I just want a victory, dammit, as a fan, not as a fantasy player....lol!

Tried these sliders out. CLE (me) v. BOS.

Maybe it was the team I was playing against, maybe it was Cliff Lee on the mound, but:

BOS-7
CLE-3

Hits: BOS-15
CLE-7

Boston hit three HR's, and walked me three times.I myself hit two HR's and walked the CPU once. Singles were atrocious for both sides. This wasn't the type of game I was looking for; this many hits happened to me in All Star and that's why I wanted a change.

I'll keep with them, but this was Game One.....

A little confused. You had 7 total hits, with 2 HR's - did you have any other extra base hits? At any rate, hitting 5 singles in one game (against a BOSTON pitcher no less) is far from atrocious.

Play a game against starters 1-5 (playing one of the best AL teams is going to probably impact the details a little) and let me know.
