Lowering throwing accuracy?

I think the throws from fielders (cut off men, outfielders) are far too accurate. I want to lower their accuracy but I don't want this to result in more throwing "errors". Will this affect "throwing errors" or will it just affect how accurate throws are made from outfielders and cut off men? Basically I want plays at 2nd 3rd and home to be more realistic. Throws are always too accurate.

It does not really increase the throwing errors(maybe at first base a little). It basically pulls players off the bag to make the catch.

Well, I guess I will lower throwing errors and throwing accuracy because I don't want throwing errors to increase. I see a realistic amount of them as it is. But the throws on plays at the plate are too accurate.
