Help: "Difficult" ROOKIE Slider Set

Basically, I suck at hitting and have a hard time distinguishing balls and strikes. But on the other hand, I am very good at pitching. I swear I have lost my last 7 games 2-1 in extra innings...
So, here is what I'm trying to accomplish. I really enjoy the guess pitch feature of the Rookie settings, but it's too easy to hit and way too easy to pitch. I need a set of Rookie sliders that are equal to the difficulty scale of say All-Star settings. If nobody has already done this, what sliders could I adjust to make this work? Any help would be much appreciated.

So you suck at hitting, yet it's too easy to hit?

In Rookie Mode, the CPU throws a lot of pitches in the strikezone. If you have good timing, then you can just swing away for plenty of hits. But in AS and HoF the CPU won't hesitate to throw balls especially if you swing at them.
So, to clear that up, I suck at hitting in anything over Veteran. But, I need the realism of the CPU batters in AS or HoF to keep me from throwing Shutouts every game.

Sorry to say this but someone has to. You going to have to go to AS or HOF and suck it up and learn to hit better. What you want isn't going to happen.

Kind've leaning toward RAZRr on this one, thiere is no possible way that you can't learn to hit, it's not that hard, just turn down the pitch speed if you have toand switch to batting view:wide. But either way you're going to have to switch to AS or HoF

What I want isn't going to happen? We have sliders in the game don't we? It has already happened. I just need to know which sliders to adjust in Rookie to make the game play more like All-Star. CPU hit quality and power need to moved up, but how much and which other ones need to be adjusted. Most of my user sliders need to be moved down, but again, which ones and how much. I just don't know the ratios that differentiate between Rookie and All-Star. And I assumed there is someone on these boards smart enough to help figure this out.

Rookie isn't going to play like allstar because it isn't allstar. Their programed differently. Theres no way that your going to get the cpu to pitch like they do on allstar on rookie. Sliders have liits you know.

Sevon I have never played on rookie much but try lowering your pitch command all the way to the left. I don't know how that translates to rookie but try it.

Also if you even want a shot of this which I'm not sure your going to have your going to have to post the exact sliders your using on rookie now.

I've been playing on All-Star default except I pushed the Pitch Speed all the way to the left trying to better determine balls and strikes to no avail.
CPU batter and pitcher aggressiveness I think is a bit influence between the different levels of difficulty. Pitcher number of balls and strikes is another. Really, they all have to be adjusted. I'm just not sure how much. Probably should just take Rookie default and push most of the CPU sliders to the extreme to see what happens then start working backwards I guess.
