I dont consider them "perfect", its just a name that was used last year so in order to re-appeal to the same people i used it again.

No set is ever perfect, i think thats pretty obvious.

No voices, perfectly sane....just having a little fun on a quiet Friday at work!

One thing I did notice that I didn't like was Ramon Hernandez, my catcher beat out a ground ball to first when the pitcher had to cover for the flip. That should never happen. I think the baserunner speed needs adjusted, but other than that, I really like them.
Yeah ive seen that once before with them beating it out on a grounder but i feel the baserunner speed is fast enough as it is, but go ahead and adjust yours if you like and let me know.

Started out as a pitchers duel until I broke the game open with a 2 run homer to put me up 3-0 in the 3rd. They came right back with 4 in the bottom of the 3rd. I was then able to get a run and 3 run homer in the 7th and an insurance run in the 8th. Overall great game. Will play more to see what other kinds of games I get. By the way I had 1 double (shouldve been at least 2 more if my brain didn't cramp up....lol) and the cpu had 1.
Glad you enjoyed the games guys but please remember try not to form too many opinions till youve played at least 10/15 games with them, preferably 20 or more, thats when they really come into their own i find.

Re: Creating The *** "Perfect" Slider Set ***

Ill no doubt make a tweak or 2 as the days and weeks go by my friend, but i want to play plenty of games with them before i start changing anything because i want to avoid any knee-jerk reactions.

They are playing remarkably well for me at the moment, no doubt there will be some tweaks in future but not yet.

Cool Re: Creating The *** "Perfect" Slider Set ***

PsychoBulk ,
Nice job , I havent had anything this good from England since a steak and kidney pie and The Beatles!
I too mixed skybox/Pareds sliders .
I played Mil at CHC and lost 8-4 Mil 8-12-0 CHC 4-8-1
Heres the good and the bad.
I was up 2-0 right out of the gate Soriano first pitch .
Then I thought why did I download these then suppan calmed down.
I never pull my starting pitcher so early but Lilly just didnt have it.
Very smooth , players react properly just like pareds.
Im glad you have pitch movement up thats very important to keep off balance .
I see lots of potential in these sliders as nothing is guranteed , yes all this after only one game.
I saw it all pop ups ,dribblers , hit batters , ect great balance and excellent flow to the game ! When I say flow I mean it really moved like a real baseball game .
Great stats good fun gameplay !
I am playing allstar ,classic pitch , fade off so my pitching will get better.
Oh the bad thing was I lost .
I will now play 2 defensive teams, great pitchers and see what happens ?
Cheers to you mate !!!

Re: Creating The *** "Perfect" Slider Set ***

Great to see a MLB fan overseas !
The best part I like about your sliders is I dont feel the need to touch any sliders as overtime and certain games everything changes and balances out.
Nobody waits to see the big picture ! now , now ,now.
Whats your feeling on API and pitcher momentum as i use them both.
Also if your playing season/fran what are you seeing stat wise hot/cold streaks ect . does it seem correct .
Dont fret most will appreciate your sliders overtime as you hit on some very key sliders like pitch movement !
Ill post some more feedback tonight , i cant believe the cpu isnt killing me more with such hi hit/power/contact.
Thanks again for the great sliders

Re: Creating The *** "Perfect" Slider Set ***

These play well. I just won 6-4 Dodgers (me) vs. Yankees
Derek lowe gave up 7 hits and 4 runs and got 3 strikouts on 90 pitches

Phil Hughes pitched 4 innings 4 hits 5 strikeouts and 5 runs on like 75 pitches

each team got a double and I got 3 homeruns while they got 1.

The hit totals were like 8 (me) to 7.

Good game
