CAP Creation

This question is probably more directed towards Carew, but I guess anyone could answer. How do you decide exactly what ratings to give a CAP? What formulas do you use? Do you have an Excel speadsheet that does all the work for you?

Maybe we could all develop a spreadsheet for formulas that everyone could download and create their own CAPS.

sorry, should have searched a little better

I just thought we could all do some work to make CAP creation much quicker
