Fukodome looks like a Japanese dude and Cueto looks like a light Hispanic dude (unfortunately his complexion is just about black in real life). But definitely not white.

contryboy is right, theres no problem there
u gotta remeber that the number on the wristbands uses the same font as the jersey number..so in cardinals home unniform case the number will be red as the wristband..thus why u might not be able to see it cleary.

But in exhibition, the numbers (for my team, the Yanks) were white, against the dark blue wristbands - I could clearly see them. Did the numbers turn blue in the season/franchise mode, thus making them difficult to see? Am I missing something? Could somebody try checking the Yankees bands in 'chise?

Really not trying to be a pain in the arse, but I have no idea why this is happening on my file.
