Player's stats not showing up?

Just want to see if I'm seeing things here or not. A bunch of players in a room/lobby show up as having no record/stats, and a ? for rating. But when I check their player card, it shows their plentiful stats, their rating, and their record? Has anyone seen this? The first page of the bug thread has something somewhat related, but it's not exactly the same thing.

Known bug since 06, but bugs don't get fixed on this game.

Really is amazing how many bugs have been in this game for 3 years now, and its not bothered to be fixed.

It's amazing how people complain about little things when the game has very little flaws.

This game is amazing, who cares weather you can see someone elses record.

Fair, but honestly. A bug since 06? is it that hard to fix?
