I'm not even going to have the game until next week, but this is pretty fun in itself.

*Nevermind, I took my time and had no distractions, the painting thing is extremely easy once you figure it all out, I like it. I'll post my truck in a bit

Ok here is my first ever attempt at it, took the better part of half a day to understand everything but it should be easier from now on..simple design but I like it

after finally figuring out paint.net AND how to get the 3d program to work after finding the OBJ files

I used the Anim8or program that Bahnzo suggested insted of AC3D.

Go here to get the OBJ files you need to do the 3d models of your car

Also with the object file, make sure you assign it as one with the file extension; file.obj. The ones I saved did not have a drop down box of extensions so you had to assign it

Alright I need to make a Busch (Nationwide) car but I need a main sponsor to build around, any suggestions? (Not Monster Energy, used that for my Craftsman truck)

Check the MasGrafx site. This will give you a good library of possible sponsors.

Awesome, thanks coug! That probably saved me 6 hours of deciding and then not going along with a sponsor
