Agreed. Even as a Wild fan, I thought that call reversal was questionable. Jackets played well enough to deserve a point.

Some of Detroit's players have been putting on a Harlem Globetrotter's act the past two games.

Well, given some of the insane goals they have called against the Blue Jackets, this isn't the worst thing they have called.

But it's up there. Horrible call.

The Doug Weight hit on Sutter. Honestly surprised a Sutter kid would have his head down like that. Clean hit but might as well start up the debate again.

What are your thoughts on hits like these and the controversy about blows to the head in the NHL?

Sutter needs to keep his head on a swivel, especially when he goes across the middle of the ice. I don't know if you're Doug Weight, you aren't going to want to pull up because Sutter might get hurt.

I may be heartless but I share your point of view. The NHL is a dangerous place to play hockey and Sutter has to know that he can't put himself in a vulnerable position like that. Weight even said after the game that he was going to hit Sutter but couldn't pull up in time when Sutter put his head down.

Sutter comitted two cardinal sin's on that play, head down, and he stopped skating. You do that in the NHL you are putting your career in jeopardy.

They kept him overnight for observation and his dad came and picked him up and took him home where he has been resting. His dad is the Devils coach so he lives in the area.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was out for the year like Bergeron last year. This is a pretty serious concussion we're talking about.
