Ok, ok, misleading title, lol.
Very random news this morning when I made my usual rounds of forums that interest me and saw chatter on a poker forum that Sundin had signed with Pokerstars, the worlds biggest online poker site.

He briefly mentions it himself in an interview with Torontos AM 640:

Very random, although Pokerstars has signed several athletes and not just the stable of professional players. Mostly for their use in marketing campaigns in countries where those players are popular, not because they think those athletes will win any major tournaments or light up the world with their play.
So 20 mil over 2 yrs from Vancouver isnt enough but a sponsorship with an online gambling site will put food on the table. Weird.
