I'm way to excited for this season. All I need for it to be a perfect season is for Hatcher to LTIR/Retire so we can spend that money elsewhere. Clarkie's post lockout deals have really handcuffed this team, and Homer has put us on track for a championship within the next 3-5 years. With that being said, I will take off atleast 3 days of school when the Bullies hoist the cup.

In Homer we trust.

anybody hear if the Flyers plan on resigning Nate Guinen? the kid is from Pittsburgh, i think where he goes, he could be a fan favorite if ever called up

It's coming...

The final Flyers game at the Spectrum is Tuesday, 10/7 against the Phantoms. Comcast is airing it so I'll try to tune in. Good bye, Spectrum! <3

But the real stuff: Saturday, October 11th against the New York Rangers is the home opener. Get pumped guys! I'm excited for another season of Flyers hockey and it looks like we'll have a playoff team again. Won't be sneaking up on anyone though. Should be fun!

Very impressive turn around from the highly shaky start. I'll chalk that up to lack of reg. season time vs. what the Rangers have had to this point. That's the kind of resolve we saw all toward the end of last year's season.

I knew with all the injuries to the defense that this team would struggle out of the gate. None of this is surprising.

all the randy jones haters should be pining for this dudes return

we are really struggling to control and pass out of our own zone and move through the neutral w any flow - even kimmo and bray haven't done much of it so far this season - not to say they arent our best d men by a mile right now

4th line is bringing about zilch in the energy department in my mind despite obvious effort

need scoring from lupul who has been crap and upshall...the 2 and 3rd line wingers need some goals

Nitty has made some amazing saves and is looking better than marty b so far
