I actually stuck around through most of the 3rd in the hopes that Carter, Gagne or Simmer would get their 3rd goals. Oh well.

That's funny... I took my younger sister to the game and she asked too.

She only comes with me to one or two games a year, so we stuck it out for the whole game. At least the possibility of a hat trick kept things interesting!

On a side note, I caught one of those t-shirts they shoot into the crowd. I was actually on my cell phone talking to my wife and I said, "Hey, Lou Nolan is pointing one of those t-shirt guns at our section." Luckily everyone else in my row left, because I was able to move over a few seats and pounce on it. I really didn't care, but my wife has always wanted to catch one... at least she was on the phone with me when I did.

Looks like Rico suffered a concussion from that elbow by Clark. I can't believe the refs missed that one.
