In your case child support is warranted.

I have two friends that work at the Post Office with me. One was paying $500 a month for one child, the other was paying $430 a month for two children. The difference is the 2 for $430 a month's ex wife was a registered nurse and the $500 for 1 was a part time waitress.

Both kids are over 18 for the 2 for $430, so he doesn't pay anymore.

Tragically the other guy's daughter died in a car accident at age 17 in April of 2010.

Well according to some people in this thread, TO should pay the same amount as your friends at the post office since it only takes 1k a month to raise a kid and the father should only have to pay half.

Well, I believe he should pay much more than that but if he's not getting an NFL paycheck the amount should be drastically reduced.
