Good move. I'm liking this Browns owner not putting up with **** anymore. The dude (GM) did nothing. He didn't even know about the Braylon Edwards trade.

Funny this happened as soon as I posted he is probably going to get fired in the coming weeks in the other Browns thread lol.

Re: Browns Fire GM Kokinis

George Kokinis can finally have his butthole back as it is no longer under the rule of Mangini's hand.

It didn't take a rocket scientist that Kokinis was a puppet. Reports are saying that he wanted out as far back as the first scrimmage of the year because he was being unused.

Mangini is in DEEP trouble.

Re: Browns Fire GM Kokinis

By the way, the Browns are now paying Kokinis, Savage and Crennel and will then probably be paying Mangini, a new president, a new GM and another new coach.

Randy Lerner better take out a loan.

Re: Browns Fire GM Kokinis

I listen to "The Fan" (radio) at work and they were laying into Mangini and Kokinis.

I think Lerner realizes the fans may be lost if he keeps Mangini.

On the radio they mentioned that Scott Pioli refused to work with Mangini and apparently Bill Billicheck wasn't too fond of Mangini either.

Or sell off Gabby Agbonlahor and Young.

Re: Browns Fire GM Kokinis

Some more news:

Believe it or not, it was reported that Kokinis did not know Braylon was traded until he saw it on the news.

Kokinis asked to be released as soon as the Orange and Brown scrimmage, which is a scrimmage held a week before the first preseason game.

Not sure if Kok has been fired or if he quit.

Randy Lerner is going to hire a team president and then a GM as well.

Mangini has handled all personnel decisions and also LIED directly to Lerner when talking about Kokinis.

Lerner had no idea what Kokinis was doing.

Have we passed the Raiders yet in hilarity due to incompetence?
