Monday Night Football: Vikings vs. Packers

Too early? No way! Let the days of hype take your sports headlines hostage on every site you visit for the next 6 days.

I guess for a little pre-dicussion I just saw a segment on the news here saying that a bar in Wisconson is hosting a Favre-Attire burning in their parking lot at half-time. They are donating $10 to charity for every jersey/hat/shirt burned.

Anywho, I'm scared honestly. I know my local Packer fans won't stop talking for the rest of their lives if they win this.

I don't understand this whole "revenge" thing people keep talking about with Favre. He's the one who chose to wait forever to tell the Packers what he was going to do, he would still be starting if he just said that he was going to play rather than dragging it out forever.

The only thing that would make this game better, and even more appealing than it already is, is if it was being played at Lambeau Field.

The Vikings are just a far better team, especially at home.

LOL @ far better team as if it's non arguable.

Anyway, this is a big game for both teams where the winner takes a 2-0 lead in the Division although the loser is not out of the race just yet and anybody that's kept up with the series can agree with that as well.

I'm still not too sold on our Offensive Line yet but there is a good chance that Chad Clifton could play, but as of right now I don't like our chances in the first matchup but that could change during the week. I will say that I can see the final score of this game being within 10 pts.

This is one game that i'm really pumped up for. I'm hoping the Packers can give Favre and the Vikes a beating. Either way, this game is going to be one that's remembered for a looong time unless they meet up again in the playoffs this year.

I'm VERY excited for this game after last week's finish for Minnesota. I hope it is competitive and fiesty.
