Who is the most physical in the NFL?

Titans for me. You can make an argument for all of these teams.

Giants.

No one plays tough defense and has as tough a running game as the Giants. Nearly everything about the Giants is completely physical.

Giants, they're physical on both sides of the ball and that's something that serves teams well in the playoffs.

Honestly, every team mentioned is physical on both sides of the ball. You all may feel the Giants are the MOST physical on both sides (I think it's a toss up with all besides the Bears) but all of those teams play that way. I'd actually say in terms of gameplanning, the Giants are 4th in terms of pounding and then relying on the defense.

Bears were overwhelmingly soft this year. They have no business being in this list.

I choose the Titans because on both sides of the ball they are very physical. Giants are the best offensively. But I think there linebackers and DB's are weak.

Baltimore certainly made a case for it today.

Honestly I think the Jaguars are pretty damn physical. When healthy, they're a hard nosed football team that plays great physical defense and they can run better than anyone....

I thinks it's the Steelers. Anytime you got receivers knocking out people, that's pretty physical.
