Panthers @ Falcons

Big game in the NFC South. I think Carolina can win this is they play against Atlanta like they did a couple weeks ago. The running game will be hard to stop.

Re: Panthers @ Falcons

Panthers always play a horrible game in Atlanta anytime the Falcons have a halfway decent team. I'm calling this for the Falcons particularly w/how Jake has been throwing. 28-16.

Re: Panthers @ Falcons

I would have to go with ATL on this one even though I think carolina has the better team.

I remember when I went to a Panthers/Falcons game a couple years ago. Very underrated rivalry.

Re: Panthers @ Falcons

In his last 2 games, Delhomme is 17 of 46 (37%) for 174 yds 2td's & 4 int's. That's vs Det & Oak. The 2 most inept, pitiful, sorry, laughable, dysfunctional, crappy franchises in the sport.

I'm still bitter over that 11 yard TD run by Michael Vick to tie the game on fourth and 11 (I think) in 2005. I think it was pretty obvious that Vick was touched and should have been down on contact prior to the goal line. It made the difference between making the playoffs at 8-8 and a 7-9 playoff-less season. I'm never going to get over it!!!

Somehing screwy almost always happens when the Panthers play in Atlanta. First game in franchise history was there & Carolina had a bunch of penalties @ the end to blow it.

Re: Panthers @ Falcons

The birds need this one bad. Here's hoping the same Delhomme that played in Oakland shows up today.
