Its actually an effective way to run the ball. So I know the Bengals haven't used it.

Don't think the Steelers, Jaguars have run it. I know the Titans have not, neither have the Colts.

If the Cowboys have run it, I'm not aware of it. I didn't watch the games they played sans Romo, however.

I surmise they might run it with TO just to get him the ball and keep him happy, though.

I'm almost certain they did run it. I'll need a team fan to validate though.

...uh, I am a Cowboys' fan.

Again, I may be wrong, but the only guys I'd imagine we'd run it with are Felix Jones (he's been hurt for a while), Isaiah Stanback (hasn't played at all), or Patrick Crayton (I've only seen him used at WR and punt returner).
