I dont think the eagles want to pay Tony G salary

If you were McNabb...would you want to run after all the injuries he's had?

And it's bad enough like in the game against the Skins that the head coach forgot to use his best receiver after the 1st quarter.

^^^,,but the last 2 games the eagles had, were down at the goal, a simple qb sneak would've have done the trick, instead of handing it to a back that's not goint to push the ball forward in Buckhalter and Westbrook..Mcnabb could've done a QB sneak would've been better of the 2

Re: The NFC East is back

Reid's playcalling at times aside, a healthy Eagles team still looks to be as good as ever. Problem is keeping them healthy. Arguably the best two players on the team (and definitely on offense) are McNabb and Westbrook and both seem to get hurt every year. Remember McNabb isn't 100% now either, which might be why they wouldn't do a QB sneak. Westbrook's now got 2 broken ribs.

As bad as the WR core is, they have a promising rookie (but still a rookie) and their best WR from last year has been hurt all year (Curtis). I still think the Eagles will make some noise this season but the window is closing quickly.

You're asking McNabb to defy Andy's playcalling. And he doesn't have that kind of pull.

I tend to agree with Pat Kirwin on NFL radio. This ain't over by a long shot. Before this is over, every team in this division is going to be clipped in some way. It just so happens that the giants and skins are sitting nice NOW. This can and will change week to week. Nobody is a lock or done. not by any stretch.

I'm just saying, Mcnabb could've ran a naked bootleg or a play action roll out..actually it's been said that that play was suppose to be a pass, but Mcnabb audibled into a run play...Like T.O. said he dosen't want it.

Does anyone else think that the these 4 teams are the 4 best teams in the NFC right now?
