How's Your 'Become A Legend' Mode Going?

I advise most of y'all to play on Top Player. It's not really the opponent AI that concerned me about BAL - it was the fact that my teammates played better. Often times on the lower difficulties, they would bounce around and never make the passes on time - sometimes they would just dribble right into a player defending them.

Top Players is the way to go in BAL (and ML for those that want to avoid the comeback glitch that is in Professional level).

Just transferred, in my first year, from Man City to Everton. I figured I had a better shot getting a starting spot there.

Nice! I've been playing on Regular and wondering why in the hell my teammates won't press forward when we need a goal in the last 10 minutes! They just keep passing the ball back when there are players wide open on the wings.

Anyone have any tips on how to use strengthening to improve your player as fast as possible, preferably AMF tips?

I'm getting ready to start season 4 with ARSENAL!!! You kind of have to choose the type of player you want be.

Powerful, defending type or a quicker player with good ball skills. Concentrate on the Stamina until that gets to about 75, but the kicking and speed were most important to me so I emphasized them more.

I like this part of the game because you can't cheese your way to becoming a World Class player. It takes time just as it does IRL.

Lugano heading to Arsenal!!

Entering the 5th week of negotiations Lugano sifted offers from AS Roma, Juventus, Genoa, AS Monaco, and Fiorentina.

Arsenal entered the picture in week 6 with an offer that was refused by Lugano and his agent. The Gunners came back hard in Week 7 with more money and Lugano could not refuse.

When asked why he wanted to leave Italy Lugano claimed that the main he decided to join the North London squad was because they are qualified for Champions League play in the upcoming season.

Lugano finished a great second half last season with AS Roma. While Lugano racked up some individual accolades the Giallorossi limped to the finish line and fell from 5th in the table to 8th eliminating them from all European competitions.

Some of the highlights for Lugano was scoring the lone goal in a win over eventual Scudetto champions Inter Milan and assisting on a goal that beat Juventus.

Lugano will begin making his way to North London next week and will begin his career at Arsenal on the reserve squad.

Yeah man! I couldn't believe it. I was going to hold out 1 more week, but I thought they would pull out of the race.

I finally made it onto the subs bench after week 4 so we'll see what happens.

The Gunners have 3 wins and 1 loss (Pompey) in league play and two draws in the UCL. We're in a group with PSG, Athletico Madrid, and Fiorentina.

Since they run a 4-4-2, it looks like I'll be subbing in for Rosicky in the LCM spot. They have Nasri on LW.

4-4-2 is not my best BAL formation. Roma ran a 4-5-1 and I was always the AMF right behind Totti. I was able to create a ton of opportunities.

Being in this 4-4-2, I will probably have to increase my strengthen settings in the balance and power categories. They've even inserted me as a DMF in the training matches and I'm rated a 52 in defense. I also get bounced around a lot because my player is about the size of Theo Walcott!.
