"PES 2009 releases today and publisher Konami has confirmed that the game is to receive periodic squad updates, with the first set to arrive some time in early November.

Patch 1 will offer updates to four Spanish sides (Athletico Madrid, Sevilla, Racing Santander and Valladolid) and will also tweak of number of kits and team rosters for some of the game’s other clubs. Additionally, 12 extra teams will be added to the UEFA Champions League lineup."
