Can't wait, especially now that the US version is coming out the same time or close to the European release.

PEACE!

Re: More PES 2009 Info

First they say this:

"Additionally the manual controls absolutely convinced me."

Then two sentences later they say this:

"Nevertheless I think it's a pity that the conventional manual controls have been cancelled from the game, at least in this early version we've played."

??? I'm confused. Anyway, if this game doesn't have 100% manual passing and shooting ala FIFA 08, I won't be buying it. FIFA's controls have spoiled me forever.

It's a different kind of manual control

Re: More PES 2009 Info

Konami and PES are almost dead to me. I used to be the biggest fanboy, but after PES 2008, this game needs amazing reviews for me to even think about getting it. The graphics are still horrible and the gameplay is falling behind.

Where does it say that in the article? That's great news if true.

I can't stand waiting for half a year for the game to show up here in the US.

It will be hard for me to buy this game without better editing tools. Only getting 8 jerseys was pretty bad last year.

Editing will be much, much better this year. Think about what was in the PS2 versions and more.

Also, it will release in America on November 12th!

As with most everyone else...PES is dead to me. After FIFA08, and especially EURO2008...I am looking forward to FIFA only this year.

It shouldn't be dead to you until you see which game is better. Personally, I hope both games are off the charts.
