Using a PS2 option file for the PS3.

I'm gonna go get PES 2008 for the PS2 to play on my PS3. I want to know if there's a way to convert the PS2 file so that it will load on my PS3...

isn't there some "memory card reader" or some-such that you can buy to xfer saves from a PS2 memory card to a PS3 HD?

It's good I found an option file on PESgaming. Some dude was kind enough to do the whole process of converting into a .psv save to share with everyone. This game is so much better on the PS2. I'm gonna sell my PS3 copy.
