If the Magic get Bynum and he signs an extension plus they get the Lakers to take back a bad contract, it isn't THAT bad of a deal.

It's better than anything the Nets were offering, that's for sure...

Until he holds up the jersey, I'm going to operate under the assumption that he isn't going anywhere.

A few months ago at the deadline, when the Magic-Lakers deal was rumored, the Raptors were another team also rumored to be in this deal as a 3rd team. Is there still a chance of a team like Raptors being added as a 3rd team somewhere in this?

If Broussard isn't reporting this, then it might be true.

Bynum is still against signing an extension with the Magic right? They are willing to do the same thing Houston is willing to do pretty much. If I'm Hennigan I'm moving him to Houston and starting the rebuild process ASAP. It's not like Bynum is Mr. Reliable health wise anyways.

I don't know much about Chris Broussard's sources other than the fact that they don't like Chris very much.

It's not a given that Dwight would want to stay with the Lakers.

Although he probably would.

As much as I hate the Lakers and I'm thrilled Dwight is refusing to sign long term. It's equally as dumb founding he doesn't want to play in Los Angeles.
