NBA League Pass Broadband Choice (Help me choose 6 teams to follow)

I have gotten league pass the last two (maybe three?) years. I purchased it solely to follow the Rockets. The price was always reasonable splitting it three ways with my roommates (Laker and Pistons fans respectively). With the Laker fan moved out and the Piston fan refusing to go in (due to his team sucking and his realization that he has probably had time to watch all of 4 games in the past three years due to his excessive work schedule), I am stuck footing the whole bill if I want LP this year.

I wanted to wait and see how the new look Rockets perform before deciding on whether or not to spend my money. So far I've been very happy with how they've been playing. While I'm sure our momentum will slow down and teams will soon realize they can post us up all day, I'm glad to know that we are still scrapping and not just tanking for a pick. That said, LP Broadband Choice seems to be the best option for me. I get to see all the Rox games on my computer, it's only 90 dollars, plus I get to follow 6 other teams of my choice. I downloaded the trial and it's pretty cool. You can watch multiple games at once, track stats, there's a built in DVR, etc. The thing is, aside from Houston, I can't decide who to follow (once you choose, you're locked in!). So I ask, if you got limited LP for the year (7 teams), who would you follow and why?

1. The Houston Rockets
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.

P.S. today is the last day to get LP at a discount before they have their sales throughout the season.

I was thinking that too... but then again, maybe it'd be good to follow the teams in my division? See how they're doing since it affects our standing more? Honestly, I know I won't follow the other 6 teams a lot. But I still like to hear peoples input/ thought process on this.

If I were you I would follow the Knicks because they are always fun to watch with their run and gun basketball and you can watch Danillo, a future all-star.

I would pick teams who have a shot at the playoffs. I would also pick teams with exciting styles of offense and avoid teams like the Lakers, Cavs and Celtics who will be on national TV non-stop.

East
Orlando - I'm biased, but one of the most exciting teams in the league
Washington - Deep team that you won't see much on TV

West
Clippers - BDiddy, Gordon, Thornton, Kaman, Camby, BGriff
Warriors - Up-tempo team that will screw around with every team in the league
Nuggets - Western Conference runner-up who won't be on TV as much as others
Blazers - Up and coming young team
Houston - You picked 'em and they're a scrappy team

And you naturally will get Bulls games living in Chicago. You'll essentially be getting 3 teams from the East and 5 from the West.

Other teams I would consider: Toronto, NYK, Charlotte, SAS, Memphis, Utah, OKC

I definitely like the Orlando and Washington picks out East as well as the Blazers and (surprisingly) the Thunder (I am a huge Durant fan).

I'm wondering if a broadband account can be logged in to multiple computers simultaneously? If so, my best friend will probably split the price with me after-all (meaning the Lakers would be one of the teams I subscribe to... the Lake Show being my most hated team in the league!).

Me and GSW are splitting our Broadband pass right now and have yet to have any issues. If you split it with your buddy, you can do 70 a piece and just get the whole package.

Re: NBA League Pass Broadband Choice (Help me choose 6 teams to follow)

Do you guys know if there's a way to choose which team's broadcast to watch for the online version? On TV they broadcast on 2 separate channels but online I only saw an option for one...

No need to pick DEN and ORL. They will be on National TV enough
