Worst defensive players in the league and in history

So i'm sitting here watching the Heat/Warriors game and on a break Michael Beasley a) has to be told who to pick up and b) once he does he practically gives him flying elbow thus giving the opposing player an opportunity at a 4 point play. Then a few possesions later during a halfcourt set he completely forgets about the guy hes guarding and starts going over to double a player on the perimeter allowing his player to get an easy dunk.

So I ask all of you who do you think the worst defensive players in the league are and who the worst all time are?

I consider Peja as one the worst defenders in the leauge. It seems like the guy isn't even trying or maybe he doesn't care or can't or...whatever. Haven't decided yet about the worst in the history.

For being an All-Star Antawn Jamison is a horrible defender.
