This is why I ABSOLUTELY HATE Skip Bayless!!!!

Below, is a youtube video of last nights skirmish between the Rockets and Suns. The video does not show T-Mac set a very very soft pick on Steve Nash prior to the incident. Shortly after, which is shown in the video, Matt Barnes goes after Rafer Alston with a hard block in retaliation. Why there was no foul called? That's something I'm still trying to figure out. The ref was right there, and witnessed the whole thing. Was it because T-Mac made the 3 pointer? Either way, there was noescuse for a no-call.

OK. Now that I've laid the foundation, this is why I ABOLUTELY HATE Skip Bayless!!!!

This morning on 1st Take, Skip goes on saying "This whole thing was started by Tracy McGrady setting a hard pick on Steve Nash, hurting his already sore neck." Boo Hooo.

In Actuality: Nash came flying in while Yao and T-Mac were trying to subdue the situation between Alston and Barnes. When Nash ran in to get a piece of Alston, T-Mac pushes him to the ground like he was a little rag doll. That's when everything escalated!!

Skip Bayless goes on to say "T-Mac threw little Nash to ground and should pick on someone his own size."

Barnes starts round 1. Nash starts round 2. Barnes and Alston ejected. Nash stays in the game.

It seems very obvious where Skip Bayless stands, and ESPN should seriously look into finding a replacement before things get ugly.

Im going to say keep race off this board because it doesn't belong

As far as the skirmish, I know the ref saw the elbow because Tmac looked at him square before he decided to shoot the 3 but just kept playing and took the shot anyhow, so in reality the shot would've never taken place had he called the whistle.

Again, so inconsistent the refs give themselves a bad name.

and uh, oh yeah, you listen to skip bayless? I didnt know people did

My bad KDRE. Post edited. As for Skip, I don't listen to him, but I do hear him. How could you not? I watch it to see the reaction of the guests.

ryanm: I don't care about Bayless, I just wonder how such a network like ESPN keeps this guy on the air.

They said the samething on Sportscenter this morning, about the pick that T-Mac set on Nash being a hard pick. If that's a hard pick, then this league has gotten to soft. I've seen fifth graders set harder picks then that. I do believe that Nash hurt his neck on it, but I don't see how anybody could say that it was a hard pick.

I'm still in shock that Nash didn't get thrown out. Him, T-Mac, Shaq, Alston, and Barnes all should have been ejected and I'm hoping that when the NBA reviews the tape, all five them are get punished.

lol, ESPN is a lameduck network just like skip so they go hand in hand.

If a hard pick is a negative thing then I can see the future of the NBA being bleak.

ESPN is probably upset that the Rockets held PHX to ZERO fastbreak points and they couldn't show fluffy highlights.
