being that he bounced around the d-league before he signed with GS i think he's just trying to get a guaranteed deal.

but you're right, he could have seen more minutes in GS...now he's behind 2 SGs

They just used their trade exception for around 3 mill. Dooling signed on for 3 years at around 3 mill per, only two years guaranteed. Very low risk signing, I like the move a lot.

If Bruike' goes to the Clips isn't he going to see more time at the 3 instead of the because I don't know if this is true but they renounce Livingston, Parker, Dickau, Ross and somebody else so that would slide Tim Thomas as the backup 4 and Bruike' as the backup 3?

NJ trades Marcus Williams to GS for a 2011 lotto protected 1st rounder.

What a steal for NJ IMO.

A steal for who?

I think it was a pretty even deal. However the Warriors will not make the playoffs this year, so if the Nets end up getting a lotto pick for Williams the year after next, it would be a huge steal by the Nets.

I was NEVER impressed by Williams. I think he could be decent, but what part of his game stands out? He never struck me as a guy who excelled at doing a certain thing [shooting, penetrating, passing, scoring].
