Gil sometimes needs to shut da hell up, he got paid waht $118 mil in a 6 year deal or something like after a injury prone season, cam up pretty much useless, that washington team COULD HAVE gone at game 7 without him.

I'm tired of all this year's FA's whining about how they should get max money, guys like maggette, Okafor, Gordon, and others. they're all Knuckeheads

Actually, he posted that in his blog during their extension talks LAST summer. He was warning Iguodala, Gordon, Deng, and Okafor, that scrapping for a couple million dollars more (or in some cases WAY more) than they're worth would eventually hurt them more in the end.

Doesn't really matter when he wrote it.

We always hear how Brendan Haywoode and Etan Thomas have had multiple fights in Wizards' practices.

What I really want to know is how many people have had to restrain someone from stangling the life out of Arenas.

The video of the "bet" between Arenas and Stevenson is proof positive that Gilbert is a certified *******.

Re: Official 2008 NBA Offseason Trades/FA Signings Thread

There's a rumor going around that the Knicks could be interested in dealing for Larry Hughes. They would give up guys like Jared Jefferies who are signed beyond 2010 in order to create more LeBron cap room.

How awfully ironic (and no surprise to any Cleveland fan) if the Knicks were able to use Larry Hughes' expiring contract to help them sign LeBron?
