Wilson Betimit is one of the worst defensive players in baseball.

Re: 5/28 - 6/3 Game Discussion Thread

Well, it looks like Joe Blanton is back to his old ways.

Gives up a home run to the Mets rookie starter earlier, and just gave up a 2-run pinch hit home run to Scott Hairston. 6-3 Mets in the 6th inning. All 6 runs charged to Blanton.

His first few starts were really really good, and now it's old Joe again. He's allowed 8 home runs in his last 3 starts.

Marlins win 3-1, take series. 20 wins in May, 1.5 games back of NL East Lead

Heath Bell looked dominant today minus the FB that was up on an 0-2 count, combined with his last save he could be turning around(Velocity has been there, command was not so that was my only hope)

How in the world do you Chisox fans stomach the continual "He gone" each game?

Pujols just committed homicide on a Andy Pettitte cut fastball. Trout RBI triple earlier. 3-0 Angels bottom of 3.

Must've been terrible when Sale struck out 15. Almost continuous

Re: 5/28 - 6/3 Game Discussion Thread

Brett Lawrie was a beast today being a triple threat with the bat and the glove. That's the Brett Lawrie from last year and the catch he made in the ninth was HUGE!

Ricky Romero still isn't back to his normal self but that was a better performance than his last few times on the mound. Hopefully it's a sign that things are turning around for him.

I really hate the person that taught Mattingly that bunting could be effective. It has killed us in at least 5 games this year.
