Wow, lots of doom and gloom in this thread.

He's going to play most of the season, people. Everyone chill out.

In a way, I'm kind of relieved that he's injured. It really explains his lack of power from June -. I think we can make do without him until the beginning of June. But just the way Utley is, I think he'll be back before then.
But will he be back 100%? Is anyone ever back 100% from major surgery. The only consolation prize in this is that they can fall back on Iguchi who was stellar last year in subbing for Utley. Bruntlett you need to platoon in the OF and do basic utility work. But Iguchi is fully a second baseman.

Actually, a somewhat equal concern is what's going on with Feliz?? Remember.....one of the best 3rd basemen, especially defensively.

A Met fan posted this with a nice exclamation point on it. 'Nuff said.

Now leave me alone and go back into your den of sorrows so you can prep up for more roster fixing for The Show in a few months!

Exclamation points do not always mean glee...
Sometimes it just means big news....

I'll get to those rosters when I'm good and ready!!(<<<----see exclamation point with no happiness )

Good question - especially since the hips are a major part of the swing. I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up losing some of his power stroke when he returns

I know....but at least P2K was trying..BUT!!!...

Thanks for backing me up

Maybe the easiest way to find out would have been if P2K would have simply ASKED Picci if his exclamation point meant what he thought it meant before simply assuming.....but nope...right into overboard mode....just like a Phloppie fan.

Oh...and the whole 'nuff said and FAIL crap is so early this century....time for some new stuff boys.
