Didn't see this posted anywhere.... had a relative tell me about this and figured someone would get it on YouTube...

Ah, well; he's in Philly so the language's not uncommon...Not what I'd say in front of thousands or people but regardless not surprising

He must've seen Mr. 3000 a few times.

I was actually surprised at the reaction(s). Not only by the fans, but his players instantly "agreed" rather than hesitating ever so slightly when he said that.

Well, this is Philly. Not Nebraska lol.

P.S. You still see that that girl you drooled over all year?

I do (can't see her as much for what part of campus she lives on), and she's still on my radar... but I think this relationship with her and her boyfriend is like 'this,' and I can't break that apart nor will I try to. There are bigger fish to fry out there, and I'm keeping my eyes open... but I'm telling you, she would have been perfect.

Not to get off-topic or anything HEYYY!

I don't see anything wrong with that. Philly is known as a tough city and I'm sure no one will cry because he used it. I actually think it worked out well in his case; it added that extra bit of emotion in his speech. BTW, after that play in the final game where he threw home, he could say anything!

That's just a guy being excited that he just won a World Series, especially a young guy like Utley in a city that has absolutely craved it for years. Didn't think it was all that shocking...

Loved it nonetheless. I would have said the same thing. Not everyone can win it all man.

Wow, I thought he was going to start singing Higher. He sounds just like Scott S. from Creed and looks like him too.

Re: Chase Utley: Yep, he said it!

Replace Chase Utley with Carlos Beltran and then replace the words world and champions with we and suck(Mets fan BTW). Anyways i'm surprised he didn't yell out more expletives after that, in that moment i would've been saying more curses than that especially if i won a World Title in any sport.
