Going forward, we have Seattle and Carolina at DEF/ST. We're thinking of making a move, but the only FA Defenses available are:

Bills;
Packers;
Lions
Redskins;
Jaguars;
Chiefs;
Rams;
Falcons.

Should I snatch up Green Bay? Obviously, there isn't much else to choose from.

I'd grab GB and drop Carolina. Unless their injuries aren't as bad as I'm thinking, they should have trouble stopping the run for most of the season. I wouldn't be afraid to drop Seattle too, if there's a free agent player you've got your eye on. GB's past their bye so you can ride them out the rest of the season and if they start looking like they aren't worth that commitment, there are plenty out there worth a flyer based on match ups (the 2 you have now but may not if you do this, Skins, Falcons and Jags can all be good in the right situation). My guess is there will be others out there after this week too with the bye weeks here. No need to carry two D's.
