Uniforms get dirty and stay that way. Controllable rain at least in Exhibition games. Slightly improved graphics. Slightly improved resolution for crowd shots. Different player models visible in dugout shots. Not the same guy 15 times. Tougher CPU Hitting at least I think. Maybe a little tougher to find the perfect release point when pitching. They cut away quicker from the play each year this year is no exception. Slightly different sound of the batted ball when you make good contact. Maybe a bit more power on balls hit with regular contact swing.

Good game. Since Konami nailed the gameplay with PYS5 Kanzenban there ain't much they can do with the game on the PS3. It would be nice though if they brought back the defensive shifts that were available in 5K. Not a must have IMO if you have other editions I am sure others will say differently.

Almost forgot. The camera level is a bit lower too. Game is real pretty and plays great just like all the others but the strike zone nearly kills the game for me. You will probably have to adjust the settings from what you are used to. The zone seems to be at least 25% bigger top and bottom. Last year the top of the strike zone was the top of the mound. Due to the lower camera this year it is higher than the bottom of the centerfield fence and lower than the grass cutout in front of the plate. In earlier editions with a similar camera angle the strike zone was the bottom of the fence in center and grass in front of the plate. Be prepared.

I usually get MLB 2K baseball games on PS3 but was just wondering if this is any better? And also is it in English, does it have MLB teams and can I get it in England? Thanks

Go buy a used copy of PYS 6 which includes the WBC. You can pick it up used on eBay for around 30-35 bucks. I would go that route first before spending 75 bucks for the newest version. I actually prefer 5K 6 and 2010 over the last two but that's just my opinion.

The games are in Japanese for the most part but there are translation guides which walk you through the menus line by line. PYS has the best gameplay of any baseball game out there. Best pitching hitting fielding and atmosphere by far. You won't regret buying it but try a cheaper version first.

Thanks for your help Just wondering though is PYS6 the only game that has the WBC? Or do all the PYS games have it?

I don't miss the MLB teams at all. If you are curious about the graphic quality of these games check 'em out over at youtube. You will be amazed. As good as they look they play even better. You won't be disappointed.
