Bet that wasn't very fun. Preseason means squat, but Asomugha was on the field for 1 series. He leaves, Romo picks on Chris Johnson and Stanford Routt all drive.
Oakland is never a team that you want to lose to, preseason or not. That's a pretty big confidence hit if you give up 400 yards of offense and 31 points to....Gradkowski?
Just messin' bro. Here in Oakland, we have to be happy about preseason wins against guys who won't make a squad because they never come in the regular season :-)

Terry. I'm extremely concerned about our depth. Our 2nd and 3rd string sucked. It's gonna be a long season when a starter goes down.
BTW...Asouyomama is a top 5 corner. Romo knows better.
The argument was constantly made between he and Champ, but I think in almost every ranking on the planet he's #1 at this point.
Yes, Romo's smart, but it's fascinating to me how much one guy can completely change a defense. The way they play when he's in versus the plays they have to call when he's off the field are like night and day.
That's kind of how it's always been in Oakland, and they've almost been like the 49ers with QB's (from Montana to Young) to go from Charles Woodson to Nnamdi Asomugha at CB. Al Davis will strike out on 3 or 4 corners but then hit a home run once in a while.
I'm concerned with their penalties that they racked up, but in the past few years, a penalty would be the end of a drive. At least this offense seems to have the backbone to attempt to convert.
And Run DMC looked sick nasty in his limited action. The injuries last year really screwed his rookie season up.
