And we have 12, with a 2nd Big Eleven team joining the Fray, Altimus with the Illinois Fighting Illini.

Big 10 (Ohio State, Illinois)
Big East (West VA, Cincinnati)
ACC (Florida State)
PAC 10 (California, Arizona State)
Big 12 (Texas Tech, Baylor)
SEC (Florida)
Independent (Navy)
WAC (Fresno State)

I honestly haven't played a game with any other team than Cal since NCAA 2001 I think.

I'm sure you will. Looks like I'll be running with the Bears in my offline dynasty then, to satisfy that urge to beat up on the lowly Pac-10 (and knock USC off their throne).
