How do I call up minors?

Can this be done? How do I know who is on my minor's roster?

I can send player's down to the minors...how do I recall them???

In franchise mode, go to the GM menu, and select "GM Roster", from there you click down the left stick and it will take you to your minor league roster. From there it's just a matter of selecting a player and calling them up.
