2005-2006 opening day xbox rosters..

well here is the file i have been talking about.. the only credit i will take on these are making the minor leaguers who made opening day rosters (exceptions being Crosby & Ovechkin), as well as adding a few more FA's to their actual teams.. the rosters are pretty much accurate, however due to the fact that only 20 can dress & only 3 scratches, some who did make the team i had to put in the minors.. line combos may not be correct as well.... each team does have 3 or more goalies.. enjoy..

much credit goes to the person who made the original file, that had the "retiree" team on it (sorry, forgot the name)

Was it Dean's roster from the 2kHockey.net site? I know his has a retiree team, as well as, other ones for those who were playing overseas still this year and otherwise not FA's butnot playing.

Also, do you know what happens to those players when you go into franchise due to the fact that created teams have to replace an existing NHL team?

that might have been it.. as far as the team goes, i havent noticed any "oddities" happening in franchise - you would have to bring the created team into the franchise (i dont)..

Wait to DL this guys. I am doing corrected lines for these great rosters, including PP lines.

Hulkster, one thing: Daniel Cleary, LW for the Red Wings. I need a CAP for him, he is the 4th line LW.

What we have here are the most accurate rosters around, hulkser's base rosters with 5 on 5 lines and defensive pairings correct as of 10-7-05. (Exception: 4th line LW Daniel Cleary of the Red Wings is not in the game as of yet. If hulkster gets a CAP of him on here, I'll throw him in and re-post. Matthew Mowers is in his place on the lines for now).

Also, the 1st Line Power Play of each team is correct. If anyone finds a place where you can find penalty kill lines for each team, I'll throw them on there for hulkster.

Great rosters, hulkster, only thing that motivated me to fix the lines was your work!!

Cleary should be in the game.. if i can remember.. but CAPS really arent my strong suit.. oops - he's listed on Phoenix in the roster set...
