Is everyone else seeing this ad all of the sudden? Two years later they update the game with ADS of all things!?!?

Haven't seen that before, but of course I don't have xbox live gold either, so I never was able to download the update... But, yeah that is total crap...

they have an update? Is it for PS3 as well? Did anything else get updated?

Does it show up on a ticker? Does it show up in game like it does in Madden? Where are you seeing this?

EDIT: Found it, it shows up in the little box in the lower left hand corner during Career mode that pops up whenever Adam or Tod have something to say.

Hey Papa Pearce do u have to have xbox gold to get the update, or just be signed in to live at all (I only got silver), because I would like to do a Jets career with Farve just for S@#! and giggles or maybe a Vikings career and trade for Farve...

I can answer that one. Yes, you have to have gold, unfortunately. It frustrated me to no end when I had a 360 because I couldn't get it to recognize the points card for gold.

There wasn't a patch or anything it just started showing up in the little NFL Network box the other day.

Yeah, you need to have Gold in order to update the rosters like you want. But, I'm sure even if you have Silver that you'll see this ad.
