Why does Denver hate Dummervil?

Everytime. Every single time. Denver put Dumervil on the block and deals him cheap.

I got him for WR Williams and some pick. Stayed an 88 in my system even.

And somehow, Vikings offered me AP. There was only one package, 2 1sts, but I took it. McGahee was out for 8 weeks, so I needed an HB (Charles was out and Omon is...okay...but...). I hope I didn't screw my future, but Peterson...

So now McGahee is back - and he's doing BETTER than Peterson? What? Wow. I guess I need to figure out how to use him. Maybe I'll move him to WR One thing I notice, AP gets hurt a lot, and is often nowhere to be found in the 4th quarter. Guess I forgot this isn't the same awesome HB as he is now (forgot this game is set two years ago).

Anyone else see top guys who are often dealt? Do you get them - or am I the sucker at the table because there's something about these guys?

I know Kerry Collins and Desmond Clark aren't top guys but they are always traded. 2 1sts for All Day is way too much. I think in this game he might be worth a 3rd. He is too injury prone.

I noticed He got leg injuries more than a few times.

Oh well, live and learn.

Maybe I can turn him around for picks now that I'm in my 2nd offseason.

BTW, I had no greater fun than firing 75% of my inept staff. Now they might be decent and I got a 99 OVR trainer. Gladly turned control over to him with that kind of ability. Maybe that will help with All Day's injuries.

For me, AP was HUGE when he was healthy. Unfortunately, he would come back for a game, go for 140 yrds or so, get hurt and miss the next two. Just not worth it.

Yeah, they underestimated his durability. Either that or it's just the injury system in the game (people always miss the whole game it seems, not just a few plays - pretty much the opposite of Madden, heh).

Since I drafted Leron James, I traded AP. Don't need 5 HBs anyway...
