This game sure is a lot of fun but is becoming way too easy. I will admit it had me very frustrated the first few days, however now im just constantly building powerhouses. What ways do you guys think they could make this game more difficult? I know the trading is hard but everything else is too easy. The signing of free agents and coaches is way too easy.

Exactly,
  • Don't buy Special Skills.
  • Don't Look at Draft Preview ever.
  • I don't scout until the offseason, and when i do, i scout up to 70%. I don't want to know their potential at all.
  • Don't look at the players comparison.
  • Don't adjust your defense during on field play.

Its a great game and I truly love it and hope to play many more versions of it.

But the game has an initially very steep learning curve and you can get your butt handed to you on a regular basis.

But once the learning curve is past then it becomes a rarity to lose.

I have won the Super Bowl three years in a row...one year undefeated have lost three games in four years.

I am thinking about restarting a franchise with the house rules everyone else is talking about.

Try making Tatum Bell your every down back.

It's hard as hell.

26 attempts, 58 yards, 1 TD.

Jesus, he sucks.

I'm on my first franchise and I'm playing by these rules except for looking at player comparisons. I'm playing as Buffalo and although they have some good players, they just don't have that great player to make you feel good about your team. It's going to be exciting to turn this team around.
